THE SOLUTION
Rubi’s approach to content was very hands on. We got to crafting a great strategy for Cuddles and Care, as well as a social media visual identity. We also tackled the element of connection via a series of content pillars that were proven to garner higher engagement such as her "Honest Talks with Jessica" which was inspired by her appreciation of the brand Honest by Jessica Alba. This made perfect sense since the motherhood niche needs those raw and honest conversations at the forefront.
We also needed to show that Cuddles & Care was not just any night nanny agency. The knowledge they provide along with their nurturing nature needed to be highlighted and conveyed professionally and clearly.

THE CHALLENGE
Having to manage everything at once and feeling like her content was misaligned with her target demographic.
Cuddles & Care caters to a higher-end demographic and although her previous content contained lots of great information, it was not landing with her desired clientele. Something needed to be done about the look and feel.
Not only this, we needed to figure out a way to connect her audience to her brand via her content on an emotional level.
