Like many businesses, Five Capitals struggled with managing their marketing efforts while focusing on their core work—coaching. Although passionate about their mission, they found it difficult to communicate their brand clearly online and attract new leads outside of their direct network.
Five Capitals is a leadership and business coaching organization focused on empowering leaders to thrive personally and professionally. Their vision is bold: becoming a premier brand in leadership, raising up future leaders, and making a global impact. However, they faced challenges with creating consistency within their brand and messaging across platforms to reflect this vision and attract their ideal audience.

THE SOLUTION
In September 2021, Five Capitals partnered with Studio Chitchat to implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy tailored to their leadership coaching niche.
Our approach was both strategic and hands-on, including:
- Customer Journey Mapping: We strategically identified their customer's buying journey end to end, defined 3 different personas, and ways to market to them authentically and in a user friendly way that converts.
- Brand Messaging Clarity: We redefined Five Capitals’ brand voice, ensuring it resonated across all channels.
- Social Media Strategy + Ads: Develop consistent content across platforms to engage their audience meaningfully. Planned and executed webinar ad campaigns that generated over 5 figures in revenue for the team.
- Email Marketing Support: Design campaigns to nurture leads and increase repeat engagement in collaboration with an email expert.
- SEO and Website Optimization: Enhance searchability to increase visibility and drive new clients to their platform.
- Traditional Marketing Design: when the team heads out to their yearly retreats or holds conferences and summits, we function as their go-to creative partners for brochures, powerpoints, booklets and more!
- Podcast Management and Guest Collaborations: From organizing to writing scripts and promoting podcasts, we supported their Caffeinate! podcast, where they share insights on leadership and entrepreneurship.

THE CHALLENGE
Inconsistent messaging, lack of lead generation, and marketing overwhelm.
Five Capitals struggled to clearly communicate their value proposition across online platforms. With social media engagement lacking and an unclear brand direction, the team found it difficult to convey their impact. This created frustration, especially when they attempted to manage social media marketing in-house, only to face more inconsistencies.
